🔥 Marinade recipe (for 1 kg pork):

1 onion, sliced

2 bay leaves

Salt & black pepper to taste

A pinch of sugar

Juice of half a lemon

Let it rest. Let the flavors work. Then grill it over open fire with a smile.
All of this — under cheerful Ukrainian folk music and a sky full of smoke and stories.
