Time for another show from the Empire tour. This show is pretty much complete, although it cuts off at the end of 'Silent Lucidity'. The video quality is great for a 1st gen., and I've cleaned it up a bit to make it even better - it has been synchronized by some fans with a superior audio source, so this is the ultimate version.
The performances are great - as usual - and the New York crowd is one of the best I've seen on this tour. The crowd chants for Queensrÿche throughout the show and at the encores, and during 'Roads to Madness', a fan makes it up on stage and makes his way over to Geoff, before diving off the stage into the crowd, to a great applause from the audience, and without the band missing a single note!
During 'Best I Can', Geoff misses the basketball shot, but nails it the 2nd time and is applauded by the audience.
This is a great show with a great crowd, atmosphere, and the band at the height of their success. It's a show you can't miss! Enjoy!
