I don't think 'representation' is quite enough. I think accurate and respectful representation of desis and brown people, in general, is a lot more important. So here I am, finally ranting about all those times Western media did us wrong and finally talking about why even creators from the Indian diaspora (NRI/ABCDs) are failing to portray India and Indians correctly.
