Simple Static Stretches - Enjoy these simple full body stretches you can take after any workout, if you run, dance or after you sit all day at your desk and need to stretch while enjoying the beautiful Edgerton Park in New Haven Connecticut. Make sure to hold each stretch at least 30 seconds or longer, focus on your breath and have patience in the pose. Most stretches can be done on one side of your body at a time, even though this take much longer, it is important to stretch each leg and arm independently. All you need is 20 minutes and your body will thank you.
