The products include LG15-H to LG50-H medium and high-speed automatic precision cold rolling tube machines, LG60-H to LG180-H medium-speed automatic precision cold rolling tube machines, LG250-H to LG720-H large-diameter intelligent cold rolling tube machines, high-precision straightening machines, hydraulic cold drawing tube machines, etc.

The LG model cold pilger pipe mill is an efficiently mechanically balanced cold rolling machine. Compared to traditional Pilger mills, it adds an additional large drive gear that effectively suppresses and balances the secondary forces generated during the rolling transmission process. This protects the equipment, ensuring smoother and more efficient rolling operations while mitigating the continuous destructive forces exerted on the foundation. The machine also increases rolling speed.The rotation and feed of this machine utilize servo motors, allowing for precise control of the rotation angle and feed rate. Operators can set process parameters and equipment settings via a human-machine interface. The equipment runs under an automatic program management system, and users can monitor data such as operational status, consumption, process parameters, and output through an App. This enables the equipment to meet and align with specific process requirements. The equipment features are as follows:
1.Can operate in both fully automatic and semi-automatic modes; loading during stoppage is also controlled automatically by the program.
2. Equipped with a sliding cover system, allowing easy observation of the internal components and die conditions.
3.Installed with a mandrel break sensor, mother tube centering, and finished tube centering systems.
4.The balance gear system improves acceleration stability.
5.Protection of dynamic balance extends the maintenance cycle significantly, providing better economic benefits.
6.Greatly reduces labor intensity; loading to unloading is completed automatically under program control. The program can recognize abnormal working states and quickly notify to resolve obstacles.
7.Utilizes an online mandrel lubrication device to improve the lubrication conditions for metal deformation on the inner surface during mother tube rolling, enhancing the quality of the inner surface.
8. Servo-controlled feeding and rotation precisely match the die curve, allowing for accurate feeding and rotation. The human-machine interface enables real-time optimization and adjustment of operational parameters, achieving flexible and digital control. Temporary adjustments to the feed rate and rotation angle can be made effortlessly.
9.Uses a closed frame design, optimizing its geometric shape under force to achieve more stable operation at higher speeds.
10.The main motor is driven by AC servo motor.Or to match according to user requirements.
11.The rotation and feed use three independent servo motors with speed reduction mechanisms, accurately feeding back the position of the front and tail ends of the pipe, enhancing the precision of automatic repetitive positioning.
12. Equipped with an oil mist treatment unit to collect and process oil mist within the rolling housing.
13.Information management via a mobile App allows owners to easily monitor the operational status of the equipment.
14.The entire process includes anti-scratch treatment for the mother tube and anti-oil leakage treatment for the machine.
