Haspa Marathon Hamburg 2022 - Recording of the international live feed for the 36th edition of Germany's largest spring marathon. Ethiopian Yalemzerf Yehualaw wins the women's competition in a new course record time of 2:17:23 hours, making it the fastest marathon debut in history and the sixth fastest marathon time ever run by a woman. In the men's race, Kenyan Cybrian Kotut won in 2:04:47 hrs, also with a new course record, held since 2013 by his compatriot Eliud Kipchoge. Three more runners will break the old record at the finish line. In addition to the more than 70 elite athletes, 15,000 starters in the marathon, half marathon and marathon relay competitions will be running the course through the Hanseatic city on the Elbe.
