And with this new way, we have now formed a "SQUAD" . The mission for each SQUAD is to contribute and change a specific disease area. The new SQUAD’s working model encourages more diverse observations, thinking and implementation. We hope to maximize the influence of the strategies and create patient value through partnerships with external experts and international teams.
