This is one of Helmer's many Cross City routes (yet to be branded properly), although not many buildings have been made as this route is brand new. The real stock would probably be a Class 323, but I haven't made them yet (Class 389 is a fictional longer 387). Static AI only is used due to the nature of the route, and availability of players.
A bit shorter than normal, but its time to get the ball rolling!
