Information about the case:
The defendant in this case was held accountable due to him being visibly intoxicated and under the influence of a substance.The defendant and the charging officer got into a scuffle which led to the defendant getting arrested for allegedly “tensing his arms” Even when there was probable cause evident.The judge gave him a pass because it was the holidays and it’s too little of a case to enforce.Judge Fleischer warns the defendant to be careful.

But due to the insufficient evidence lacking the cops report the judge found no probable cause and decided to save this man’s Christmas and not charge him.This video reminds the public to be careful if you’re going to to get lit with friends on a holiday.
