Salmon Salad with Parsley and Capers - Everyday Food with Sarah Carey

Описание к видео Salmon Salad with Parsley and Capers - Everyday Food with Sarah Carey

In today's recipe, you'll poach salmon in a pot of simmering water, lemon, carrot, celery, and an onion. Then make a salad from sliced red onion, capers, and flat-leaf parsley before dressing it in red wine vinegar and olive oil. When it's done cooking, flake your fish and add it to your salad. This simple meal couldn't be healthier -- or prettier!

Sarah's Tip of the Day:
Poaching is one of the best techniques to use when you're aiming to create healthy but delicious meals. The aromatics in your poaching liquid (the ingredients that add serious taste) will infuse your food with some flavorful oomph (but no extra fat!).
