I love spending time in nature! And the way I often find areas in which energy is more concentrated (vortex) is by harmonizing my breath and heart beat with the breath and heart beat of the Mother (earth). I allow my intuition, which is the voice of the Mother ( once my field harmonizes with hers), to lead the way. This often leads me to places in which I am able to feel energy in a more physical and spiritual way.

There are two vortexes i often go two in two different forests near my area. One vortex is where I meet with the ancestors. The energy in that area allows me to feel their energy more so than in other places. The second vortex allows me to feel the spirit of that forest. I often feel rock spirits, tree spirits, the guardian of that forest, faeries, elves, they all show up in that vortex. It’s MAGICAL! ✨🌀🌳🌈🌎💚
