We collect the remaining expansions and power ups before going into Sigma's Palace. To obtain Hadouken, you need to max out all of your sub-tanks which can easily be done on Armored Armadillo's stage in the beginning. As well in the stage, you need to get through the stage without getting damaged or else you have to re-enter the stage to try again. An easier way to do this is to charged up Rolling Shield so you can have a shield on you at all times which makes it much easier. To pull off the move, you need to do a quarter circle forward movement like you would in the Street Fighter games.
