Attachment Tuning was Buffed in Modern Warfare II?!

Attachment Tuning in Modern Warfare II saw some adjustments with the Season 1 Reloaded update and while, unfortunately, there were no specifics shared, I wanted to at least do a few spot check on a variety of different areas of tuning to see how much of a change there was and whether or not its more worth it to tune that before the update. What do you think of the tuning changes in MWII and will this cause you to utilize the tuning system more often?
