Moelfre - Anglesey

We visit Moelfre and discover some nautical history associated with the village.
We have a look around the RNLI lifeboat station and hear about Richard Evans, a decorated lifeboatman from Moelfre.

The Royal Charter was wrecked off Moelfre, only 41 survived, thanks to the Joseph Rogers who swam ashore with a rope and who, with the men of Moelfre saved thelives of some of the passengers and crew.
