Hello!~ In this vlog I try to beat my social media doom scroll addiction by challenging myself to not use my phone all evening… which turned into me rarely using technology in the evenings lol. Anyways, come join me in the art vlog part where I paint a cute lil mediaeval style plant & snail and the reading part where I go through my psychology study papers and the book A History of Dragons: a memoir by lady trent. I also included a quick journaling session, and a skincare ramble about how I don’t hate social media, but would like to create a better relationship with it.
