I got bit by a snake and my mom totally freaked while we were Herping during our trip to the Henderson's ATA Stars and Stripes Regional A Tournament in Humble, Texas near Houston. Ethan Fineshriber had a blast competing in this Martial Arts tournament in his Creative and Extreme Martial Arts rings as well as his Traditional ATA Taekwondo rings. He always loves seeing his karate buddies and making new friends and this Martial Arts tournament was no different. However, the trip got even better when Ethan's mom, Mara, agreed to go herping with in the local area. And their session didn't disappoint. Ethan found a Skink, a huge worm, and best of all a huge snake that actually bit him on the thumb! Glad thing it wasn't venomous. His mom really sucked at herping but gave it her best shot but completely freaked out while holding a worm, getting pranked by her son, and seeing the huge snake he had captured and then found out had bit him. Once he had safely returned all of the animal life back to their habitats, they headed home to Salt Lake with a distinc odor following Ethan given the snake had musked on him.
