Every now and then, I take a trip down memory lane and look back with immense pride at the journey I’ve been on these past four years.

Four years ago, HQ was just a dream, and today it’s a reality.

When I first opened HQ, it was nothing more than a makeshift setup, a box crafted from a horse’s water trough, some old farm rope, gas and jerry cans, and a tractor tire and I had to borrow some weights off a friend.

Now, it has grown into something far more substantial, HQ now stands amongst giants and is one of the leading strongman facility’s in the UK.

This journey has been filled with blood, sweat, and tears, but every moment has been worth it.

Along the way, I’ve met some incredible people who have made the ride all the more meaningful.

Here’s to many more years ahead!
