What helps in year five may fail in year fifteen. Update your tools. Update your thinking.

3. Hard problems teach faster than easy wins
Stress shows how people make money choices. Pressure shows how you make decisions too. That is real learning.

4. Bigger questions need better frameworks
At some point you need to study how systems move. Not just people. Not just portfolios. Named systems.

5. Credentials do not fix everything
They build a base. They do not build judgment. That comes from work that feels a little out of reach.

6. Growth comes in turns, not ladders
Careers bend. Interests shift. Your best work comes after the turn you almost skip.
