A 13-year-old is caught on surveillance camera grabbing a woman’s purse from inside a pharmacy in Seattle, Washington, police say. The woman chases after him to get it back and all of her things fall onto the sidewalk, video shows. The teen then punches the woman in the face, according to footage of the incident. Police eventually catch up with the boy along the side of a road and arrest him for robbery. Inside Edition Digital has the video.
