The scorecard is used to check and validate how the strategies have been implemented at an enterprise level, not just in a software project. The BBS has four main dimensions that are internal as well as external to the organisation. These are, Financial, Customers, Internal Business Processes and Learning and Development. Along these dimensions, we identify and assess the initiatives, strategic objectives, targets and finally the performance measures.
