So, forget the restaurant and let’s make it at home . Paneer butter masala is so easy to make, and you don’t need to be an expert to make it. This is a one pot recipe and can be done in under 30min and goes well with Naan, Tandoori roti and jeera rice.

I like experimenting this dish and use sautéed mushrooms instead of paneer and it became mushroom masala. you can even use cauliflower florets / chicken in the place of paneer to make butter chicken or cauliflower butter masala. The gravy remains the same, but you can use different veggies or chicken according to your preference. So give this recipe a try and you will definitely love it. It is lip smacking good.
