This no equipment leg workout will take your home workout or gym workout to the next level because tempo training enhances your mind muscle connection which maximizes muscle activation on every rep. There are 5 leg exercises in this tempo workout. Each leg exercise is performed for 6 reps with a tempo sequence of 3-3-3. You can do this bodyweight workout as a 1-round leg finisher at the end of your leg day or even as a legs warm-up circuit at the beginning of your leg day. Also, you can do 3-5 total rounds for a full volume home leg workout without any equipment needed. I do this leg workout real-time with you and count out the tempo so you can follow along with me.
