FARDC Army Chief in Rwanda for a working visit

The Democratic Republic of Congo Armed Forces Chief of General Staff, Gen Célestin Mbala Munsense has noted that authorities are giving time to investigations to come out with informed conclusion on the recent allegations that M23 elements which carried out an attack on DRC territory came from Rwanda and Uganda.
The FARDC Chief of General Staff, Gen Mbala said this on Wednesday November 10, after meeting his Rwandan counterpart Gen Jean Bosco Kazura at Rwanda Defence Force Headquarters, in Kigali.
