RG Kar Rape-Murder | The Calcutta High Court on Monday directed the CBI to give the case diary related to its investigation into the rape-murder of an on-duty doctor at RG Kar Hospital on the next date of hearing. The court asked whether the central agency was considering the possibility of gang rape or destruction of evidence in its probe. The petitioners, the parents of the postgraduate trainee at the medical college hospital, sought a court-monitored investigation.
