So here i got the genius idea of converting a phone Pelt fan cooler system into a low voltage micro style AC unit. Since basically High voltage AC IE HVAC unit's basically use the same deal with a compressor system. They have a Cold and a Hot side. So with a Pelt cooler. it's got a Hot side and a Cold side. So long as you can chill the Hot side and blow out the heat. somewhere. You can rig the Cold side IE the cold Plate with a heatsink that'll stick out and use a small fan to 'blow' the chilled heatsink air through it. So it'll be like a standard AC unit without a compessor. Fancy.

So the higher wattage output you can get for a Pelt phone cooler fan. The better 'Stable' the cold plate will handle as things 'heat up'. So something 25watts+ will be great to modify into a micro-size Low Voltage Air Conditioner unit. Good for a small size desk fan, Or something like a micro-size bicycle camper trailer!

So new way to stay ultra chill during this up-coming summer! I know it'll be a hot one. So get your rigging fans ready!
