Once you apply for offer letter and get it from the University or College of your choice, now you need to apply for NOC and collect it from NOC Office.

Steps for sending tution fee from Nepal to abroad country through flywire.

1. Open your account in the bank thought which you want to send your tution fee (NMB bank would be the best option, if you are sending money though flywire). You can send the amount without bank account as well but in case of visa rejection, it would be easier for you to get refunded amount in your own bank account.

2. Create your flywire account and create your payment ID.

3. Visit your bank with all the required documents
- Flywire Authorization Letter / payment instructions
- Offer Letter stating tuition fee amount
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) letter
- Student’s Valid Passport copy
- PAN card of bank account holder

4. Fill the following form and your payment will be proceeded by bank.
- fund transfer application form or, outward telegraphic transfer application form
- मञ्जुरीनामा फारम वा निवेदन (Declaration Letter)

Note: If previous payment has been done by any other bank in Nepal, the respective bank shall issue you a cover letter with previous payment details.
Amount to be paid to bank: Amount mentioned in Flywire payment instruction letter plus 2% Education service tax
