Basically, he's a puppet, put by powerful people in late 1980's and all the way through the 1990's as a shopfront for all kinds of frauds. They stole insane amounts of money back then. Today he's a convict and a beggar.

6. 'The Crows' - was a Soviet secret service, that was coming outta nowhere, and going nowhere with people they arrested. It could be NKVD, SMERSH (counter-intelligence), and other. They were called 'The Crows', because they uniform was black long leather coats.
