Enhanced Adaptive Munitions vs Barrier Champion. The weapon used in the video is a 150 RPM scout rifle "Pointed Inquiry" obtained from the Throne World and can be crafted in the Enclave.

More or less the damage buff of Adaptive Munitions (both default and enhanced) are roughly the same, although it's a little bit lower for barriers however barrier shields have way less health than a Match Game energy shield so the lesser damage increase should be negligible. To 2 tap barrier while 20 light under the weapon itself must be at most 30 light under with the Enhanced version of Adaptive Munitions paired with Major Spec and Armor-Piercing Rounds. I have not tested if APR is needed or not but use it anyways because it's the best perk to pair with Adaptive Munitions even though it doesn't stack multiplicatively.

You still need an Anti-Barrier mod for said weapon to damage Anti-Barrier shields. This will vary in the future depending on which weapons Bungie decides to have this mod.
