In Building on Raw Texas Land (Part 8), the electric company replaces the transformer and runs power to our new garage while Spencer begins installing flashing around the interior gaps before insulation and electrical work continue.

It’s one of those real-life ranch days where multiple projects unfold at once — walking back and forth between the garage build and watching the power company bring everything online.
