If I had to pick another time for naruto and Sasuke to have a serious fight, it would be the kage summit. This is the perfect distance in between both fights at the final valley because their power levels aren’t relative to either fight. Beyond that though this one of the most debated upon vs battles in the naruto community and it’s a fight that you really have to think about to decide who wins. One of these two is better than the other and the story hints at that.
