Please come to this city in the Winter because it's such a wonderful time to experience it. Winter Wonderland! Quebec city is so European, you don't even feel like you're in North America. I had breakfast at Lapin Saute! Highly Recommend this place. Walk along the Dufferin Terrace and do the Tobogan Slide if you have the time. Exploring the Old Quebec City area is highly recommended as well. I wish I could have more time here.
