Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder is a mental disorder that involves both obsessions and compulsions. OCD appearances a pattern of useless thoughts and fears (obsessions) that guide you to do routine behaviors (compulsions). These obsessions and compulsions mess with daily activities and cause heavy distress. You may try to stop your obsessions, but you end up with distress and anxiety.
