Loon | Acrylic Painting

In this video I'm painting a Loon as the final part of this great misty scene on a lake! I had a great experience a couple summers ago seeing a Loon swim by me on a calm misty morning just before the sun came up, and it's inspired this painting that I'm working on today. I'll slowly build everything up, keeping the features of the bird soft while also making sure the colours fit with the rest of the painting. Then I'll paint the reflection of the Loon, which in the end should bring the entire scene together. Enjoy!
