饼皮:
玉米油80g

低筋面粉100g

Ingredients List for Pistachio Mooncakes
Can produce 16 pieces of 60g each

Cake skin:
Corn oil 80g
Egg 40g
Extract 12g of slurry
Salt 2g
Sugar 40g
Milk powder 20g
30g corn starch
170g medium gluten flour
Approximately 20g of water
Pistachio puree 30g

Nut filling:
Cake Balls 150g
Almond slices 40g
100g crushed pistachios
30g white sesame seeds
Pumpkin Seed 30g
Salt 2g
30g powdered sugar
Cooked glutinous Rice noodles 25g
Pistachio puree 40g

Glutinous rice flour 25g
100g low gluten flour
Corn oil 60g

温度参考:180℃ 烘烤25分钟左右,
如果烤炉有分上管和下管温度,可以将上管调为180℃,下管160℃
Temperature reference: Bake at 180 ℃ for about 25 minutes,
If the oven has separate upper and lower tube temperatures, the upper tube can be adjusted to 180 ℃ and the lower tube to 160 ℃
