QUESTION: "Our house was built in 2005 and our weep holes have some sort of felt material. Is that common? Secondly, it seems like neither owner of this house ever cleaned the window track or the weeps. There are filthy disgusting and mud clogged into them. How do we go about unclogging the window weeps? Last but not least, how do we contact the professional? What are they listed under the yellow pages or Google search?"
