Headphones + Glass of Water + 528hz = Water Restructuring.

This is long enough to let you setup your water and go do whatever you need to do while the frequency restructures it. It works even better if you can add imprinting to the glass, i.e. take a paper and write words such as "Love" "Peace" "Thank you", etc and place it against the glass for the words to imprint. Generally I put the paper a clear baggie and tape it to the glass so the paper doesn't get wet. Prayer or Blessings over the water also helps. Clarification 3/7/15

I take a large glass of water (although one of those glass ice tea containers would probably be ideal) and put the headphones on the glass so both ears are touching/straddling it and just run the program as long as possible. Now if you only have the little inner ear headphones those can be taped to the sides of the glass if you are on a budget I have done that in a pinch before. As far as time goes the water seems to taste better over time but if you only have 30 minutes it would still be better than nothing. I often set it to repeat and set one up overnight for morning.

Intention is important here as well, as I mentioned initially, you can say a blessing to the water or just say thanks and love for the added consciousness to the water and/or you can write things on a piece of paper (affirmations like thank you, love, gratitude, happiness, healing, etc) and stick it on the glass facing the water for "water imprinting".
