Dragons Crest Hike, Krabi Thailand

Today we hike the Dragons Crest trail in the province of Krabi. It is a strenuous trail made more difficult with high humidity and temperatures but definitely worth the effort. To reach the summit expect to take 2-3 hours depending on fitness level and is 3.7 km one way. Elevation is 1,800 ft/548m. Park trail closes at 2pm so be sure to arrive well before then and bring lots of water and trail snacks. This hike proved very difficult for me as I did not realize strenuous activity made me extremely short of breath due to the lasting affects of my lung infection I caught in Manila almost a month earlier. Once again not being one to give up I just pushed onward to the top. Enjoy.
