There has been a great development called 'Dune - Project Arrakis' by Questionthis! It is still a work-in-progress, but the modder aims to bring the world of Dune to Starfield with hand-crafted POIs, settlements, player homes, resources, creatures, skills, factions, NPCs and quests.
