you can get plastic gears on Amazon or 4 packs for each window on eBay.
$77 for two, includes shipping and tax. $120 for all four on ebay.. Left side front is drivers window. Right front is passenger front.
Each window is different so make sure to order for correct door.
Dealer replaces the entire panel. I was told dealer cost is $400.
It might be worthwhile because this is a lot of work.
The front has two sliders and four plastic roller guides.
Take pictures of back of panel before working on it! Take pictures during the removal of everything so you know how wiring goes back together.
