Jacking up your vehicle is a very important thing to know how to do and to know how to do it before you need to use it. In a previous video i showed you how to locate the jack and how to use the jack so today I’m going to show you the proper jack placements so your vehicle will be secure while you are working on it. For the front of the truck the jack will go directly onto the frame of the truck behind the wheel that you are changing. There should be an arrow on the frame that It should go under. Do not put the jack on the axel next to the wheel!!! For the rear wheels you will place the jack directly underneath the axel on the side that you are workin on. Just make sure the curve of the jack goes with the curve of the axel.
