Dowsing: What is earth energy? An interview with geobiologist, Rory Duff. Part 1

We call it “earth energy” don’t we, us dowsers…. But what is it? We go off hunting high and low with the best possible intentions but what is it that we are all finding and how do we explain it to people who don’t dowse?

I spoke recently with Rory Duff, a geobiologist about his dowsing experience and how he has come to identify different types of earth energy based on his scientific experience. We end up talking about life and death and how it is that life extends beyond this existence probably in a literal shift of frequency. Along the way we talk over possible answers to that question – what is earth energy?

Regulars to my channel will know that my life changed dramatically through the discovery of this thing called “earth energy”, but here we are twenty plus years later and still dowsers struggle to find common terms to describe what earth energy actually is. Recently I spoke with Geobiologist to hear about his research and categorisation of earth energy lines. Inevitably it was a conversation that covered far more than just earth energy and there is plenty in here for both the novice and expert dowser.

We started by talking about Rory’s background and how he got into dowsing:

Rudolph Steiner and the science of spirituality. This led him to study consciousness. Roger Penrose caught his attention when he suggested that consciousness might exists within microtubules of the neurons.
How does this correlate to survival after death?

Mind is part of brain function …. But that didn’t fit with Rory’s experience of martial arts. Hamish Miller’s book “The Sun & The Serpent” in which Rory discovered the “chi” of the earth and recognised similarities wit human "chi".

Rory helped Nobel prize winning scientist, Ron Pearson, write several books about different theories for the creation of the universe and proof for the existence of life after death. Rory’s discoveries about earth energy lines and the power of intersections or nodal points are highly significant,
How he plotted the different frequencies of lines based on their nature as standing waves.
Which ultimately leads to the connection between individual human consciousness meditating in connection with these energy lines and the wisdom of universal consciousness. Additional classification of other earth energy lines as electromagnetic lines created between the sun and the earth such as Birkland currents. And lastly Rory mentions the possible sources of some earth energy lines which seem to be formed from electrical signals of historic volcanic activity such as the lines researched by David Cowan in Scotland.
