Ingredients:
3 bananas
5 oz / 150 gr dark chocolate
2 tbsp canola oil
7 tbsp sugar
1 cup heavy cream
Ice cream of your choice
Chocolate chips / nuts / toppings for decoration

Recipe:
Use a sharp knife to cut the bananas down the middle🍌
Peel the banana halves and hang on to the banana peels.
Melt the chocolate and the oil in the microwave until the mixture is fully melted and smooth🍫.
Using a tablespoon, spread the chocolate on the banana peels and put them in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Melt 4 tbsp of sugar in a pan and fry the bananas on one side until golden brown.
Cool the caramelized bananas in the freezer for 3 minutes (so they won't melt the chocolate)
Whisk the heavy cream with 3 tbsp of sugar until it's ready.
Take the chocolate peels out of the fridge, place the caramelized bananas on them, add the whipped cream and the ice cream on top.🍦
Decorate with nuts, chocolate chips, melted chocolate or any topping you want!🧁🥜
