In order to unlock the campaign, you must first find the Legacy units on the new map! Totally Accurate Battle Simulator (TABS) is a ragdoll physics battle simulation video game developed by Landfall Games. The game is a satire to battle simulator genre, and was released in early access on Steam on 1 April 2019.Totally Accurate Battle Simulator is a ragdoll physics battle simulator, which features two game modes: Sandbox and Campaign. In the former, the player can create two opposing armies from a range of units and factions, having an unlimited ammount of money at their disposal to do so. In the latter, the player presented with an army of opposing soldiers, whom they must defeat using an army that they create on the spot, for which they are given a limited amount of money. The two opposing armies are placed on opposite sides of the map, and, once the player hits "start", they will rush foward and begin to attack each other while the player can pan the camera around the map and view the match; players can also place units in a circle and have them surround each other. The match ends when one side has killed all of the opposing soldiers, though a May 2020 update added new win conditions, such as one side surviving for a specific amount the time, or killing a specific rival unit.

The game features eleven diffrent factions (Tribal, Farmers, Medieval, Ancient, Vikings, Dynasty, Renaissance, Pirates, Spooky, Wild West, and Legacy), each with seven unique units (sixteen for Legacy), as well as a "Secret" faction, which consists entirerly of hidden units that can be found throughout various maps. Every unit is priced diffrently based on their health, the damage they deal, and other unique abilities; as such, every faction has several cheap units, who are best used in large numbers due to being weak, and expensive units, who are harder to defeat or take out enemies more easily than other units in that faction. Battles can take place on a variety of maps, which correspond to the factions: the Tribal and Ancient factions each have three corresponding maps, while the Farmers, Medieval, Vikings, and Spooky factions have two each, and the others have one each; there are also 22 "Simulation" maps, which are not detailed, but feature structures such as fortresses or narrow bridges, allowing the player to create new and interesting battle scenarios. The player can also possess units and gain their powers, activated by certain buttons, and create custom battle scenarios which can be shared with others via a workshop.
