INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 1.5 Cup
Ghee (घी) - 3/4 Cup
Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
Milk powder (मिल्क पाउडर) - 1/2 Cup
Sugar bura/Tagar (शक्कर बुरा/तगार) - 3/4 Cup
Dry fruits (सूखे मेवे) - Some

RECIPE:
In a pan, put some Wheat Flour & Ghee then roast it lightly on slow flame. Then turn off the flame & put Milk Powder in it & mix them. Then put Sugar Bura/Tagar & mix it as well. Mash the mixture & make it smooth. Put some chopped Dry Fruits in it.
In a tray, place clean wrap & put the mixture in it & spread it. Garnish it with some chopped Dry Fruits & keep it in the fridge or at room temperature. In this way, Delicious Barfi/Milk Cake/Katli will get ready to cut it in pieces & enjoy it on this Raksha Bandhan.
