Turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt as per your taste (i used 2 1/2 teaspoon)
Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
Coriander Powder 2 teaspoon
Cooking Oil 1/2 Cup
Potatoes 3 Medium Size
Fresh Fenugreek Leaves 1 whole Big bunch (2 Cups Chopped)
Fresh Coriander Handfull Chopped
Green Chillies 5 whole
