PROS AND CONS of Living in the Eastbay

The Eastbay is a nice place to live. However, there are certain realities that someone wanting to move and live here needs to know.

I'd like to share with you some of the pros and cons from my prospective. Someone that wasn't born and raised in the Eastbay. Also someone that has lived on the other side of the bay (Peninsula) as well as sold properties over there as well.
