In this Embodied Flow Yoga and Somatic Asana practice, we journey toward Swarupa Jnana—the true insight into our essence nature. Through breath, meditation, movement, and asana, we arrive at the realisation that we already have everything we need. In this practice, you will enter this state through the portal of your lungs, which move between fullness and emptiness with such ease. By attuning to this natural rhythm, we soften into the effortless cycle of receiving and releasing, trusting that abundance arises when we surrender to the flow of life.

This practice is about softening into the fullness that arises from emptiness. By surrendering tension and deepening our awareness, we create space for overflow—a state where energy, clarity, and wisdom arise naturally, unforced and abundant.
