When you blend cucumbers, tomatoes, or red bell peppers, they become creamy. In this popular raw food demonstration video, Jennifer shows you how to blend cucumbers with various seasonings to create a delicious raw Creamy Cucumber Salad Dressing that's heavy on flavor, but light on fat since you don't need to add much oil.

The first step is to prepare the cucumber. Jennifer shows how simple it is to peel, seed, and chop this versatile vegetable that is found in every produce aisle.

You'll also discover how easy it is to create two variations. Jennifer replaces the cucumber with one small red bell pepper for a cholesterol-free Creamy Red Bell Pepper Dressing. For her Creamy Tomato Dressing, two tomatoes take the place of the cucumber.

Healthy olive-oil and lemon give the dressing a heavenly smooth consistency, and Jennifer shares an important note about the amount of lemon to use in the tomato dressing variation. She also talks about the value of flavor boosters such as garlic, cayenne, dill, basil, and onion.

A blender does most of the work in this recipe and any blender will do. In her demonstration, Jennifer introduces you to a Tribest blender that has a special Mason jar attachment to simplify the process even more. You'll see how easy it is to make a large batch of this dressing right in the container and then store it in your refrigerator for up to three days.
