Pork in Péret Oying(pork with Maati Dal/Black lentils)

We present to you the traditional and rustic way we Misings has been taught to cook black lentils by our great Ta:tos and Ya:yos(Grandpa and Grandma). From roasting and grinding of the lentils to boiling it to perfection with pork, bringing out the authentic taste of Péret Oiying as we call it. Some traditions get lost on our way up civilisation, but keeping it alive is upto us people.
