Exhaust Flange Stud Removal with Torch and Air Hammer. Removing frozen, pressed-in exhaust flange studs without damage to flange or exhaust pipes. You can use a propane plumbers torch or a mapp gas torch for your heat source. I used an oxy-acetylene torch in this video. You can also substitute the air hammer with a regular hammer and punch. (sometimes this method bends the flange or does not get the stud out )
